Made to order and shipped from the United States

Our custom canvas artwork is produced by our U.S. factory and ships directly from Westbury, New York.

Where we ship and shipping cost

Standard shipping costs US$5.99 per order to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas regions, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or destinations outside this service area. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Your order timeline

  1. Design proof: We normally prepare and email your first digital proof within 2 business days after receiving your order and all required personalization details.
  2. Your approval: Please check the locations, names, dates, spelling, layout, size, and frame choice. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Time spent waiting for your response or requested revisions is additional.
  3. Production: After proof approval, production normally takes 1–2 business days.
  4. Transit: Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is transit time only and does not include design, approval, or production.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please allow additional time for carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
