Production and delivery
Yosayd products are personalized and made to order.
- Personalization confirmation: Production begins after we have received and confirmed the personalization details needed for your order.
- Production and dispatch: After the personalization details are confirmed, your order is normally produced and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Transit: Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Production and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number.
