What can I personalize?
Personalization options vary by product and can include a meaningful location, names, a date, map color and font style. Check the individual product page for the exact options available.
What locations can I use?
You can choose a place that is meaningful to you. Enter the location details requested on the product page and review them carefully before placing your order.
How long does my order take?
After we have communicated with you and confirmed the personalization details, production and dispatch normally take 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 2–7 business days after dispatch.
What sizes are available?
Current map products include multiple sizes. Available sizes and finishes are shown on each product page.
Are frames included?
Please check the specific product. Unframed map prints do not include a frame. Canvas products may offer wrapped canvas or black framed canvas options when listed.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind once production has begun. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Can I use a map as a gift?
Yes. Personalized maps are designed around occasions such as anniversaries, weddings, first homes, housewarmings and other relationship milestones.
